Method of Payment for tier 1 extension

Has any one payed tier 1 visa extension fee by using VISA DEBIT card? The application form says that VISA CREDIT card can be used. But when I called home office they told VISA DEBIT card can also be used. I have HSBC VISA DEBIT CARD. Just want to be sure if any one had recently done so.

Yes.. you can use it.. recently many used it.. you can find those discussions if u search the forum
