R U FROM INDIA,

If yes, then how did u claimed the past earnings:

1) did u include only the salary which was shown in Income tax return document or TDS Certificate
2) or you have also include the annual benifits in ur salary such as PF, Medical and Superannuation

Raj,
Yes I am from India.
I included all monthly & yearly benefits for calculating my earning points-PF, medical (not supernuaation)& other incentives. Although I must say that PF & medical were not any substantial amounts in my total package and i was safely above the gbp7500 to not be bothered about it too much.

I did add IT returns for 2003 & 2004 and the amounts were not matching as I had a lot of heads with actual reimbursements in my salary which are non-taxable. For that I attached a letter from my CA explaining the same and quoting the clauses under the indian tax laws which make them non-taxable.

Hope it all works.
