Minimum salary required to sponsor parents visa

My parents-in-law wants to visit UK (they have already visited UK earlier).

Now due to me doing contracting, I sometimes have job and often not. So, I can't show last 3 months salary.

But my wife has a continuous job though her salary is quite low.

Is there any minimum salary requirement for sponsoring parents?

We are ILR holders.
