Ho mislaid flr(m) application

hi All
i am an overstayer and applied for FLR (M) application for unmarried partners. After a year waiting i sent some more information to show the arrival of our 3rd baby and joint supporting documents for my partner and i. this morning i received a letter stating that they have mislaid my application and the HO sent me another application to fill in and send it to them as soon as possible for them to proccess my application. Please give me some advice or share experience in such a situation.

did you get the ackoledgement when you sent it a year ago?

And do you have photo copies of the documents you submitted?

yes i received acknowledgement letter 2 weeks after they recieved the application and i still have copies of the documents i had sent to them.

you just have to resend them the flr m form as requested make sure you photocopy any documents you send them and send them by special or recorded delivery, its a stressful mess esspecially when they lose any documents.
