Missing Documents from Home office.. Urgent

Hi Seniors

I did received my visa and my second application documents but the documents which I submitted with my first application like My Original degree and some company documents . All those documents are missing.

Can any one let me know how i can apply for my missing docs and where I have to apply for that. Any address or any letter template will be helpfull.
