Missing P60 + £0 P60 (WP+Tier1)

Hi,
I'm now due to apply for my ILR. During my 5 years stay, I was on WP for 2 years and remaining 3 years on Tier1. I have all documents for ILR under tier 1 eligibility i.e. payslip + bank statement, degree certificate etc. My understanding is I need to produce the documents required for ILR under WP i.e. P60, Pay slip etc. My problem is during my WP employment I was with an Indian company who used to pay me allowance in UK and salary in India. For that my emplayer issued me a P60 with zero figure in 1st year and no P60 at all for second year. Also I have no payslip for my UK salary except 12 months (somewhere between 1st year and second year) that I gathered to apply for my Tier1 visa.

Can someone suggest if I need to produce any document for my period under WP? If I need to - what document should I submit.
