Hello Guys,
I am applying for ILR in Nov under HSMP(JR). I have seen in success stories here people went to HO with last 5 years P60s.
I am missing some due to relocation but I have HMRC statement of earning letter which shows my earning and tax paid for last 5 years.
Is it valid ? Please somebody advise..
Cheers

Contact HMRC to get last 5 years payment received, tax deducted and NI payed. This should be fine. While contacting HMRC, do not mention that you need it for Visa purposes.

Is there any reason why we shouldn't mention visa when you contact HMRC to get 5 years NI contribututions?
They seem to be giving a letter in an agreed format between UKBA and HMRC.

Please advise.
and can you also please advise what is the best mode to contact HMRC(phone / post)
Thanks

I agree that it shouldn't matter, but the last time when I mentioned it, they said that they can't provide details for visa purposes. I had to wait for a month and then request again without mentioning VISA, it got it in under 2 weeks...so, just based on my own personal experience, i had replied...

Is the Tax history provided by HMRC in one single sheet covering all the 5 years or presented seperately for each tax year.
I am not sure whether it is right or wrong to ask if somebody can upload the Tax history provided by HMRC just to see how it(the format) looks like(Hiding/not showing all the personal information ofcourse)
