Missing travel history and same day travel

Hello,

I have just found out that I did not add one of my travel records.
It is a 3 days outside the UK travel. My appointment with UKVCAS is just tomorrow.
Will it affect the decision on my application? Should I take any action to correct?
If you mean 3 days including the departure and arrival date in UK, your absence is 1 day only. Best to declare it in a one liner note in the cover letter and upload. You can submit it at the appointment

Also, I have frequently travelled to a country but most of them are same day travels. Some applicant said that same day travel record did not need to be added so I did not add the same day travels to my application. Do you think it was correct?
Correct. Only full day absences are counted

Also, I have two passports. Should I make a copy of all pages of the old and new passports and submit them to UKVCAS?
