Mistake in documents package

Hi guys

I have applied for spouse visa and I have made a massive mistake. I have included a wrong tenancy agreement in the document package. Instead of the 2 bedroom flat Tenancy Agreement(TA) I have included a 3 bedroom flat Tenancy Agreement.
Is there a way to correct this?

Do you think that I will be held responsible for giving inaccurate information, when the ECO checks the address of the flat to find out the type of property and learns that TA and type of the flat do not match.

I have provided my TA.
It happened since I had two copies of TA agreements on my table, when I complied the documents, and by mistake I put the one that was printed with a mistake. gosh.
The Agency had send me a TA with a mistake in the number of rooms. After I signed the TA i realized that there was a mistake. I informed them, they apologized,and they send me a new one with the correct number of rooms.
The fault is mine as I did not throw away the TA with the mistake. Am I not a big waste of time. gosh.
