Mistake made EEA RC

When filling out the EEA Residence card application, I neglected to fill in “have you ever been known by any other names?” when I apply for Pre settled, should I list the name and will it cause any problems if it wasn’t on the original application? It really was a mistake that I didn’t put it and realized it much too late.

Any guidance would be appreciated
