MN1 advice

Hello Everyone,

In regards to documents required for MN1 application 1(3), could someone advise on the below please:

Does the civil marriage certificate have to be original + translation or only translation?
Child full birth certificate - will the Certified Copy of the Entry issued on 28/02/2017 be enough, or the new one is required?

In reference to Section 3, could anyone clarify points: 3.1; 3.2; 3.6 - I am not a British citizen by descent, nor my child has grandparents derived British citizenship by descent. Is that mean that I am leaving above mentioned points blank and only concentrating on the remaining questionnaire included in this Section?
