MN1 application referees

Hi I submit online mn1 application for my kids and before going to biometrics I realize that I have put wrong referee details which supposed to be professional and engaged in professional capisty with kids so I uploaded new teachers as referee for my kids but in online application it's someone else as referee , I also uploaded a letter stating I am changing the first referee and gave reason that I didn't realize the first referee should be professional,
Do you guys think it can effect my kids application ??
