MN1 application

Dear All,

Can some one please guide me through to what sections should I fill out for my children registration as BC under section 1(3) in form MN1?

Me and my wife under EEA recently granted permanent residence and my children were born in the UK before permanent residence.

In section 1 do I need to fill 1.2 and 1.3, my son is without passport, he is 4 years old

1.9 should I fill my nationality?
