MN1 application without home country passport

Post by kaykayjee » Wed Jan 15, 2025 3:06 pm

Hi,
I will be applying MN1 for my 2 month old baby, based on ILR received after his birth. I have not applied for his home country passport yet. Is that a must while submitting MN1?

One of the requested documents is as below:
If Mr X has a passport then provide this with your application. If Mr X does not have a passport then you must provide another officially-issued identity document. This could include an official travel document or national identity card.

I don't have his passport or any other form of identity. What can I provide in this case?

Thanks in advance.

a frequent scenario.
Thanks in advance.
