Post by monishkar » Mon Apr 27, 2015 10:22 pm

Hi. My son was born in Jan , 14 in uk and at that time I had Tier 1. He went for holidays for 5months during the same year. I have now got ILR can you please advise that can I apply for my son registration considering the fact that he has 5 months absence in last 12 months. Also, will nationality check service go through the number of absences before passing an application forward to see if it fulfills the residence criteria under nationality act section 1(3). Your expert opinion and advice is vey much needed.

Son's absences are irrelevant to his entitlement.
