MN1 child registration

My son was born abroad in June 2021, at that time me and my wife had only pre-settled status. I obtained full Settled status later in September 2021 and after that, received British citizenship in May 2023. My wife received her settled status in Jan 2025 and citizenship in May 2026. We also want to apply for citizenship for our son, are there any obstacles for this right now? His first arrival to the UK was in Jan 2022 and he inherited Settled status from me back then.

On the face of it there shouldn't be any issues.
Your son has ILR (Settled Status) which is required for children born abroad.

For your wife, 270 days in the last 3 years and 90 days in the last 12 months.
For your child, no.
