I am about to apply for my British citizenship based on a 5 years residence, but I am confused about my son sitiuation.
I am a lone parente. there is no father in my son birth certificate.
We have been living here for 8 years, all of them legal. We both hold a Indefinite Leave to Remain for 2years.
Can we aply together or do I have to be granted it first and then apply for him?
In the guide says that one of the parents have to be a British citizen.
Appreciate any help!
Thanks a lot
