MODL- Mechanical engineer

Dear friends,

I am planning to apply for Australia immigration under skilled independent class 175. I am basically a Mechanical Engineer. I have around 13 years of mechanical design experience in different areas like automotive,product design etc. But I never worked as Airconditioning Engineer.

I would like to know whether I can gain 15 points for MODL ASCO Code 2126-11 Mechanical Engineer. Do I need to have specialisation in Airconditioning to gain points for MODL. You valuable comments will be very helpful
