12 month Pay slips - does they need sign and stamped

Post by newapplicant » Thu Jul 03, 2008 7:55 pm

Folks,

I have last 12 months payslips from UK and also corresponding bank statements from HSBC bank UK.

Is it required them to be Stamped and signed by my employer and bank. Bank may give sign for me. but am worried about my employer they may not authorise thinking am applying for HSMP visa.

There are many posts related to you rquestion. Please go around the forum before posting a new thread. It is very confusing for others.o

Regarding salary slips, if they are original no need for stamp or sign. The same goes with bank statements . But you may require if copies are used. A letter will also be required in this case.

All this information is very clearly explained in guidance. Go through it patiently and u will get the answers.

Cheers!

this question has already been answered in the forum, you should have checked and looked properly before starting the new thread.

anyways............

you do not need to get your Payslips or bank statements stamped and signed from the employer or bank if they are orignal. you would only need to do this if they are duplicate.

No offence, but there is no need to use bold typeface. Guess everyone here can see clearly.

Also, you ought to read the Tier 1 policy guidance *carefully*. Your query (above) and here seems to indicate that you aren't paying enough attention to what is explained in there. No effort from you to search the forum either, as some people have already suggested to you.
