5 months on WP, points for UK experience ?

I am in UK for just 5 months on Work Permit, planning to apply for HSMP.

Can I claim 5 points for UK experience ? (UK sal slips etc.)

Rest 7 months I am showing India experience and salary.
Will that be fine ?
