i m claiming from 15 may 2009 to 14 may 2010 it would be fine

You should be claiming from May 2009 - April 2010 i.e. 12 months. And it will be fine.

Right.... This is always recommended. As a matter of fact, salaries are usually paid on the last working day of the month (considering the payment of salary payment from a Tier I / Tier II company).

i got my pays after every 2 weeks so in 15 may to 14 may its 52 weeks ?

bec my 15 may 2009 its 2 weeks before pay mean ist of may 2009
last 14 may 2010 its 2 weeks before mean 30 april 2010
