4 months waiting and no OCI, Wife and son got OCI

My son, wife and I submitted for OCI on 15th May. My son and wife got OCI on 12th June. I am still waiting for an update. Still shows "UNDER-PROCESS. Its been 4 months now. Is this unusual? Is there anything I can do to enquire about this situation?
