Questions:
1. I realise the application process can often stretch for months, if not years, but what if your situation changes in that time? To put it more clearly...i aim to for my fiance to submit his spouse visa sometime between Nov 10 and Feb 2011 depending on finances and when i manage to get over for the wedding ofcourse!

2. Obviously most of the supporting docs are to evidence the sponsor's circumstances but is there anything my fiance should try to work on from now to be able to submit with the application?
He is trying to obtain employment but has no luck since he stopped working for his cousin (unofficially) in Dec. He is now trying to work self employed by selling DVDs and CDs from his home and fixing PCs in the local community. I have advised him to register as self employed as evidence, but at the moment he is kind of living hand to mouth until (or if) he secures employment before we go for the visa.
3. Due to finance and my life here in the UK (esp my son being at school) we would have only spent time together 3 times sinces meeting and up to getting married. Would this go against us despite having telephone/online/both contact daily? I want to be realistic about our chances and we dont have money to throw away...
4. I live in a 2 bedroom flat (1 dble, 1 sgl) which is by law suitable for 2 adults and 1-2 children, provided by a housing association and i have a secure tenancy. It is just me and my son who live there co i still need to provide one those reports/letters done by the council/estate agents?
I have done my best to trawl through the forum so please dont think im being lazy in my quest for answers!
Thanks in advance!
