Mother's Visit for Tier 1 in UK

Hi Everyone,
I am on Tier 1 Visa and my wife is on Tier1 dependent living in London UK. I want to bring my Mother to visit for 2 months in summer, I have a doubt about Accomodation Proof.

--> We live in a studio Flat can we show that as accomodation or I have to take a bigger 2 bedroom house to show seperate room accomodation for my visiting mother?

-->Can I show a Hotel booked in her name? Will that weakeness the Case as why is she not living with us?

Please suggest what are other documents needed to present the case.
