Move from Tier 1 PSW to Tier -1 General

Under the points based calculator, while calculating for earnings, Is my profile considered as an extension in tier -1 or as an initial application? as i already am in a tier -1 sub category but not in the category of tier 1 general

Iam asking this as it will make a huge diffrence esp on the earnings points.
