Movement Tier 2 (ICT) to Tier 2 (General) and PR

Post by icharlesd » Thu May 27, 2010 11:35 pm

My existing Tier 2 (ICT) expires by end of this month, however I got a sponsor who is sponsoring me Tier 2 (General), therefore If I get Tier 2 (general) stamped before the expiry of Tier 2(ICT), would I be eligible for continuity in visa for PR ?

It's ILR, not PR.

Yes, provided your Tier 2 (ICT) visa was issued before 06-Apr-10.

If I've understood it right, are you expecting your application to be submitted, processed, approved and ICFN issued by EOD Friday (today)? :?

The story about the 3 month gap between Tier 2 (ICT) and Tier 2 (General) is missing in this post.
