moving to ireland

hi my brother is non eu living in poland legally.he have eu partner they have kid together.they are planing to get marriage this year.but he have residence card from poland .he want to move to ireland for few months.what is the process ?

When he arrives in Ireland, his wife has 3 months to either get a job, start studying a course (with medical insurance) or have enough funds to support the family to be exercising treaty rights.

Then he will apply for residence card using form EU1 on www.inis.gov.ie.

The application should take no longer than 6 months.
