MSc. Finance(UK), 2+ yrs of experience in Credit Risk Mgmt

Hi,
I am currently working with a MNC bank in Mumbai,India as part of the Credit Risk Management Team. I am seeking an opportunity to work in the UK. I have studied MSc. Quantitative finance in England(did not opt for PSW), I want to move back to the UK since my partner is doing her PhD. I am seeking a Tier 2 Visa sponsored job. I have a strong IT Skill-set (SAS,VB etc) coupled with a background in Statistics/Econometrics and Finance. It would be great if someone can suggest how to approach an employer and seek a sponsorship. I know the Market is extremely tight. Salary is not a concern nor is the grade or scale. It would be highly appreciated if someone can come out and help! Thanks
