Provide an undertaking to citibank that they will be receiving a call from BHC and if citibank responded to queries to BHC citibank/its staff will not be liable for any consequential damages. Also mention in your cover letter that due to data-protection policy of citibank they have shown reluctance in disclosing bank account related queries from anyone BUT have agreed to provide a letter to support the bank statements provided. Given that it is citibank and you are providing original statements there should be very little likelihood of BHC contacting them.amit_cris wrote:3) Regrading my previous Earning, i mean my salary is credited to my Citibank Account.
