Much urgent help for TLScontact appointment

Hi,
I have to submit hard copies to the TLScontact centre. I booked appointments after payments for the visa applications of the main applicant and dependents. I am trying to register all applicants at TLScontact website. For me Tier 2 category available. What categories I will choose for spouse and children?

Following are categories for Visa type & Travel Purpose:
a) Student
b) Transit
c) Other Non-Settlement (If you are invited to come to the UK due to your particular skills or expertise. You may apply to come to the UK for up to 1 month without the need to be sponsored under the points-based system. This category is for visiting examiners or assessors; lecturers; overseas designated pilot examiners; qualified lawyers; and professional artists, entertainers, and sportspersons.)
d) Family Visitor (>6 months) (If you are planning on coming to the UK to visit members of your family.)
e) Family Visitor (<6 months)
f) Settlement
g) Visitor (>6 months)
h) Visitor (<6 months)
i) Tier 1
j) Tier 2
k) Tier 4
l) Tier 5
m) HMPO DNA
n) Overseas and Commonwealth
