I have a ICT 2 Tier 2 short term visa till end of March 2014.
I have been approached by my HR & Manager if i am interested in coming here on a longer duration. I have been asking people and researching, but i am unable to find a fixed answer as it keeps varying on different sites.
I am willing to go out of the country, but will i be able to apply for ICT 2 Long term visa or ICT 2 General without the cooling period coming into effect ?
Few solicitors, are giving multiple ans - Some said yes, depending on my pay grade. Few others are saying no.

Please can someone give me a answer or point me to a website.

ICT Long-Term - Yes
Tier 2 General - No (unless you get paid £152,100pa)

Is there a possibility, that i leave the country and apply for Tier 2 General will that work? Or i need to get that salary at a minimum?
