Multiple Tier 5 Visa on different Passports

Hi,

I am currently on a Tier 5 YMS Visa on my NZ Passport which is soon expiring.

Is it possible to re-apply for the Tier 5 YMS Visa on my Australian passport given that I've already spent time in the UK under the same Visa?

The UKBA Website Immigration Rules say:

(g) The applicant must not previously have spent time in the UK as a Working Holidaymaker or Tier 5 (Youth Mobility Scheme) Migrant Worker

It does not really clarify my question though...

Any information or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

It seems to perfectly answer your question - you've had a YMS, you can't get another one.
