Name mismatch in degree certificates?

My name in the bachelors degree certificate and masters degree certificate is different. Please let me know what is the supporting document/proof I would require in order to show that both the certificates are mine and they are authentic.

I had the same issue when I changed spelling of my surname. In my case spelling in academic certificates differs from passport. I provided self-attested letter(stamped by Indian High Comission London).
If you are in India or some other country, you can provide a self-attested letter (notarised by UK BHC authorised notary) along with your application.

By the way your name is different in your Degree certificates?

Yes my name in Masters degree cert. and Bachelors degree cert. is different.I wanted to know is there any format of the letter to be attained from BHC.
If yes, then please provide me same.

I am not sure about the letter from the BHC. Better search in the forum. It is a good idea to call your local BHC and ask them about the format(if any). Also note the date-time of call,name of the agent you spoke to and mention the name in your coovering letter along with the document/letter to support the document.
