Name of spouse in passport applied after marriage -T1 Depnt

Hi,


I am planning to apply for the dependent visa for my wife and kid by March 2011. I applied for their passport on first week of this month[dec 2010]. In the passport application, the name of my wife is given as it appears on her ID proof [as suggested by the agent]. It is not having my Name.

Will that be a problem while I apply for the Tier 1 dependent visa?

It shouldn't be any problem as long as your marriage certificate reflects her name as mentioned in the passport application.
