Name of the referee

I submitted the application with a name of referee not exactly accurate. His name is X Y Z

But, in the application, I put X as first name and Y as his Last name. I didnt mention Z.

But his signed referee letter show these 3 names.

Is this an issue? If yes, how to handle it?
