Name On Visa Application

Hi,

Just filling out my SET M for a ILR for spouse. We have huge name spelling differences so I am trying to keep it the same spelling and provide documents that match the passport names exactly to prevent any confusion as I have heard many a stories visas being rejected because of names.

The email address section my spouse email address has a different spelling than her passport name will immigration pick up on this and reject the application? I think to be on the safe side I will set up a new email account with passport name on it.

Also, if you are paying by an international and uk based debit card is that acceptable? Some agencies dont accept overseas cards but also have UK branches as well?

On section 1 where it mentions Surname/Family name is this mandatory to be entered? Can I put the passport name or requires name before marriage? Previous family name?

Any other names? Is this mandatory?

On section 2 it mentions how long you have lived in this country is it okay to put date or birth + years and months?

Section 7 it mentions about your home, which one do you tick if living with parents home? i guess it would be either D -owned or rented by a relative or friend or E other give details below? I have entered living with parents home in the white box below.

Also, on sec 7 it mentions your wages after deduction is this an approx or exact? as my and my partners monthly income fluctuates according to number of hours worked?

Sec 10 it mentions your partners current passport (list docs below if you cant submit) does the check box only have to be ticked if you CANNOT supply partners passport?

Final checks section it mentions if you are unable to send any of the docs specified give them an explanation on a seperate letter? does this box still have to be checked even if you HAVE all the documents?
