Names as in passport & degree

My name in the degree certificate & payslips is being displayed as 'Safeeq Ahmed' and my passport has my full name 'Safeeq Ahmed SyedAnsar'. Will it cause any issues while applying for Tier-1? Do I need to get a letter from notary public to prove that I am also being known as 'Safeeq Ahmed SyedAnsar'. Please clarify.
