Do NARIC report needed for HSMP General Tier1

Hello-
I completed my Master of Computer application (M.C.A) 1998 from
University:-Bharathidasan Univeristy,
Location:Trichy,Tamil Nadu

Is it acceptable to submit General Tier -1 application with out NARIC report
OR
NARIC report is must to apply General Tier-1 application now?

If your MCA degree university and course is listed in the PBS Calculator and if the calculator assigns points to ur degree then u dont need any NARIC reports/certificates..
