Nationality Question (form + Fee)

I came to UK on October 2004, got the ILR last month under HSMP JR so will be eligible for citizenship after 5 years in October 2009.

My wife came to UK in January 2005 so she will be eligible to apply for nationality in January 2010.

I have two kids 1 born outside the UK in Jun 2004 and second born in UK in 2006 and my wife is expecting and tensive month of delivery is September 2009.

We all got the ILR last month.

Question
1)If I apply for nationality of me and all the kids (3) in October, what will be the form and fee?
a) Do I have to fill 3 separate MN1 forms for 3 kids and fee will be 460 +50+50= 560? Is that right
b) And mine fee will be 720 and form will be form_an.pdf ?

Cost of applying.

If future third child is born in the UK, then s/he is automatically British under section 1(1)(b).

The fee would be £720 +450+50. The third child is a British citizen unless you prefer the child to have your nationality

Third child will be a British citizen (if born in Britain) irrespective of what the parents want, or what another country thinks.
