Naturalisation and passport?

Hi guys

my wife is ready for her naturalization now on the spouse visa which is 2 year wait or something cant remember of hand

What i wanted to know is does naturalization application on its own mean she will get the passport or would she need to send another form for passport?

As i read on few posts people have applied for combined naturalization and passport. Does that mean 2 forms i have to fill in for her or just the one and naturalization will give the passport?

She can do a combined application but there are very few councils offering the pilot scheme.

You'll need to fill in two forms if you go for combined application.

The references needs to be from same British professional and photos should also be same on both forms.

The processing time seems to be quick on combined application but there is very small sample set to back this assumption.
