Naturalisation Application Help

Hi,

I would really appriciated if any member can help us.

My friend who is Afghan national entered uk as asylum seeker in 1999, his asylum application was declined and he appealed the same . Then in 2003 he got married with British national and again applied for stay. His application was pending untill he had three kids in 2008 and when they inform home office. They gave him indefinet leave to remain( ILR) in december 2008.

In 2009 he got separeted from his wife and court gave him full custody of all three childern.

Now he would like to apply for naturalisation as he is here over 12months after granting ILR.

can any body guide us in this regard. should he apply for naturalisation now or wait?????
