It's not a big issue. However, it is always better for you to scan and upload your document by yourself. Dont't forget that the people at Sopra Steria do not work for the home office and might not know anything about the requirements. Back to your concern, It doesn't matter which catergories where the files are attched to, the case worker will see all the document. If any other document is required, you will be contacted by the caseworker, and you will be given 2 weeks or so to provide the additional document.Ace1983 wrote: ↑Sun Feb 09, 2020 9:15 pmHi there, I need some help and advise on my situation. I applied for Naturalisation as a spouse of British Citizen yesterday. I had booked the UKVCAS appointment where I also purchased the scanning service. When I went for my appointment the agent at UKVCAS centre didn't have a clue and said only my passport is required. I insisted that supporting documentation needs to be scanned as well which was not done properly. According to the Naturalisation guide AN British Spouse Passport should be completely scanned but I was told by UKVCAS that only the stamped pages need to be scanned. I showed them the guide from home office but they still did not scan the complete passport of my spouse. I also think that my BRP card with h ILR was not scanned either. In the end I was asked to confirm submission. I told them I was not comfortable as I think scanning wasn't done properly but I was assured everything has been scanned. When I came home and checked UKVCAS website the documents were not even put in the correct categories. Now I am stressed and want to know if I can do anything at this stage?
