NATURALISATION APPLICATION

Hi
just have my ILR (set m) granted today... i was on
work permit : 24 aug 2004 to 16 august 2009 (5yrs)
spouse visa: 07 september 2009 expires dec 2011

i havent spent more than 270 days for the last 3 yrs outside UK and never been out of UK for the last 12 months

My question is:
1. from 16 aug to 07 sept 2009 i do not have visa. i was in philippines 11 aug before my work permit has expired 17 aug 2009 i applied for spouse visa in philippines and granted on 07 sept 09. there is 22 days no visa will it invalid the residential qualifying period?
2. When can i apply naturalisation?

1. No.
2. Assuming you fulfil the requirements for spouses and civil partners, you may apply any day you wish to.
