Naturalisation for Dependent

Kindly share your Experience and suggestions for below query

Me and my wife completed over a year on ILR. Now we are planning to apply for naturalization as British citizenship.

I lived in UK for more than 5 years on Tier 1 (General) and completed 1 year on ILR and going to apply naturalization.
Now for my wife to apply naturalization, she came to UK in 2010 February on tier 1 general depended and qualified ILR passing 1 year.
as she falls less than 5 years living in UK just to ensure before applying if she qualifies for naturalization?
Also are we allowed to apply on the same time ?
Is there any joint application?
what documents required for my wife apart from Life in the UK and english.

I would apply for myself first and then once citizenship approved, would apply for wife on Spouse of Citizen basis, as then she will have to be in country for Three years only.
