Hi .
I just received my evisa indefinite leave to remain.
My husband is british citizen , and I have Flr M ( brp
card expired less then 18 months).
Never I had any ILR brp card because now evisa.
I have 2 questions:
1) can I apply now for naturalisation because my husband is British Citizen?
2) do you have brp card ( including if expired less then 18 months? Do I have to answer yes or nn .

Yes you can apply now.
As your brp expired less than 18 months ago answer yes.

What does the question ask exactly? As you stated, it asks if you ever had *any* BRP. So the answer is yes. If the answer is about the ILR BRP specifically then answer no.

Thank you .
On naturalisation form the question is,
Do you have brp card?
They don't mention any brp or ilr brp.

On naturalisation form the question is,
Do you have brp card?
They don't mention any brp or ilr brp.
The response to that question is less relevant. Either you respond yes or no there it will not have any impact on the decision.
The caseworker knows that BRPs were phased out last year.

Council tax letters are not required. You only need the scanned copy of the passport(s) covering the qualifying period.

No need to prove non-existing stamp!
UKVI have access to travellers data, they can validate against their own databases.
After all they introduced digital borders!
No issue.

You provide the passport covering the residency period. If you renewed your passport during the residency period you provide the old one as well.

Hi .
I submitted my application and I done my biometric.
I noticed that a question on the form about previous application.
Name in which you made the application :
I filled here the name of my applications Ilr and family route and leave to enter with date and bio date as well. I seen some people they wrote theire names .
Im getting confused about this question because you have to add all your application details on it witch is guide you that application name the correct one . But I wrote each application name with date and fingerprint date because all this information it was saved on my email.
Now do I have to take any action about this minor mistake?

Thank you for your reply.
I mean To send an email about this question.
To confirm that I didn't change my name on any previous immigration applications.
I checked on the forum I found some monitoring answers about this the application name the correct answer to this question not personal name.
On the form already asking about previous names, that why I get confused .
Name in which you made the application : ILR -Family route- leave to enter

You don't need to send them an email to clarify this. As I said above, it doesn't affect your statutory requirements and should there be any issue UKVI will contact you.
