Naturalisation Question for wife

I am British citizen and my wife got ILR on long residency basis this year in July. Can she apply for naturalisation within 1st year of her ILR as I her husband was British when she got ILR?

Wife can apply now, no waiting time on ILR, providing she satisfies all the requirements.

Thank you as my friend confused me. He said because your wife was not dependant on you and she got ILR on 10 years basis so she has to wait for 1 year after ILR for naturalisation even I as husband was British at the time of her ILR application.

The route to ILR is irrelevant for the naturalisation application.
