Naturalisation- Self Employment

Hi ImmigrationBoards team

I am applying for Naturalisation and I have a question regarding employment section please

I am currently employed and paying Tax by PAYE however, I also started working part time as Self employed (Sole Trader) which includes doing locum sessions with more than one employer since April 2021 so no Tax return has been done yet and HMRC self assessment is not due until April 2022.

I was thinking to mention this self employment in additional information section with my UTR but not sure if I actually need to mention this self employment ?please advise
