Naturalisation through domestic violence ILR

Hello, Every one
I been filling application to apply for British citizenship and I’m wondering if I’m in title to apply it or not and I came here on the 8th February 2020 with visiting visa in that time we also proof married certificate to Home office and then I changed it to marry visa because we married outside of THE UK 4 years ago before I came to this country so I got married visa and stay together .we got trail separation on 2021 because he was violent to me , I got indefinite to leave to remain 2021 also . we still talking sometimes and support money every months. we have been married in Islamic law also because of our daughter who’s 5 years old now and I got the marriage certificate my question is I have been living here for over 3 years in this country and I don’t know if am I be able to apply for British citizenship civil partnership or not if I’m not in title to apply it and did my application will I get refund back . ??

You're not entitled to apply for citizenship yet. No guarantees you'd get your money back.

Someone else might have a different opinion.
