Naturalisation with EU settled status

I am non EU family member married with French wife in 2010 in non eu country I came to the uk as student and she joined me in the uk in Aug 2013 and we start living together. but i never aplied for eu family member as we were married but never applied.
we separated In 2018 and she left the Uk, I applied eu settle scheme in 15 May 2019 and got settle status in January 2020.
before getting settle status I had no leave to remain in the uk but I was married with eu wife, when I applied for settle status I submitted my wife bill, council tax on her name, marriage certificate , tenancy agreement together for the last six years. I couldn't provide more evidence because she left the UK.
Question is can I apply for Naturalisation in January 2021 one year after getting ILR, Eu Settle status or I need to wait for 10 years again. because I didn't had leave to remain in the UK before getting settle status but I was eu family member that's why I got settle status. but we are separated now I can't provide her old payslips or (CSI) old dated. May be home office can ask that you were not living legal in the uk or good character issue. I dont know much. Please help me to solve this problem.
