Thank you for the reply. I am a bit lost on where it says on the date of your application 05 years back on that date you should be in the country to count your complete five years. Can you please advise on this specifically?contorted_svy wrote: ↑Mon Dec 30, 2024 5:25 pmIf no one is married to a British citizen they can all apply after 1 year after getting their ILR. Visa route is irrelevant.
Thank you very much.alterhase58 wrote: ↑Mon Dec 30, 2024 5:30 pmAdults can apply for naturalisation 12 months after the ILR grant, i.e. on or after 16.10.2025 - online form AN.

Children can apply for registration as British now - online MN1.

Or you could apply altogether on 16.10.2025.
See page 9 of the Naturalisation guidance: https://assets.publishing.service.gov.u ... y+2024.pdf
If you are applying under section 6(1), you must have been in the UK exactly 5 years before your application was received. For example, if your application is received on 05/01/2022 you should have been physically present in the UK on 06/01/2017.

So based on above we can apply on 16-10-2025. To mention all are adults and no children.
